I need help with a painting company!?
I have a painting business and 90% of my tasks are residential. The business is growing and I need help with the new work. I do not want to hire employees because of taxes and insurance, instead I want to hire subcontractors to help the new work. Most of my clients expect a quote and sometimes work began when the painter arrives. There is no time to seek bids from subcontractors Difference. If I rely on the contractor to achieve the customer home and provide honest and fair estimate, and so we just made a profit, or should I provide the quote, then tell the client will be a subcontractor actually do the job and will start at a later date once I find a subcontractor to accept the job. I have never dealt with subcontractors and I'm not sure how this process works. I also want everything to be smooth for the customer, how do I do that.
Magnificent body to do all the unhappy world, and sooner or later you continue. Its either your business or without sound. If its your company offers, you bond and guarantee the quality of work. If you have hired help, you see more, troubleshooting and monitoring with immediate direct. Think about it for your own good. In an effort to avoid work paper you prefer to risk your company's reputation with some convoluted plan to have other people actually work for themselves during you convince them to let you browse some of their money? Hello …. owns a business trip or small enough to manage this yourself. Not bragging, but you certainly care about the risk to your reputation. I do not want to rely on someone else who could or may not be a rapist, arsonist, thief, kidnapper, crackhead, serial killer, or just a goofy sob that comes without me, but blame myself for all the mistakes he made in my name on a job I bid on!
