I need help with a painting company!?
I have a painting business and 90% of my tasks are residential. The business is growing and I need help with the new work. I do not want to hire employees because of taxes and insurance, instead I want to hire subcontractors to help the new work. Most of my clients expect a quote and sometimes work began when the painter arrives. There is no time to seek bids from subcontractors Difference. If I rely on the contractor to achieve the customer home and provide honest and fair estimate, and so we just made a profit, or should I provide the quote, then tell the client will be a subcontractor actually do the job and will start at a later date once I find a subcontractor to accept the job. I have never dealt with subcontractors and I'm not sure how this process works. I also want everything to be smooth for the customer, how do I do that.
